SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Elegant Twist Boutique, we offer a $5 shipping fee which will cover the cost of the item being placed on the ferry. For on island delivery, we charge $3 to North Sound and $2 for anywhere in the Valley.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do offer a store credit if the item is damaged or broken in anyway.
